I spent over 10 years as a certified bartender, working everything from high-energy restaurant shifts at Bennigan’s to charity events with Outback Steakhouse, catering gigs, and some of the busiest St. Patrick’s Day weekends you can imagine. I’ve worked private parties, community events, and even hosted my own backyard gatherings, learning firsthand how much the right bartender can shape an entire experience. Bartending, to me, has always been more than just serving drinks. It’s about creating a vibe, reading the room, connecting with people, and making moments memorable. So when I found myself wanting more flexibility and a better balance for my life, I didn’t want to walk away from that world. I wanted to rebuild it in a way that made sense.
